Shipping policy

IMPORTANT: Orders placed on the website are dispatched on the next business day (Monday to Friday). If an order is placed on a Friday, it will be dispatched the following Monday. Delivery time is calculated from the moment the package is handed over to Correos Express. For Mainland Spain, the standard delivery time is 24–72 business hours. In the Balearic Islands and Canary Islands, delivery times may be longer due to island transit and customs procedures. Products on demand (canvases and supports): These require special preparation and may take longer to ship. If your order includes these items, it will be dispatched once they are ready. (Production time: 1 to 5 business days)

REQUIRED INFORMATION FOR DELIVERIES TO THE CANARY ISLANDS To properly process customs clearance, orders destined for the Canary Islands may require the recipient's National ID (DNI/NIE) or Passport. This information is used exclusively to enable the transport company to provide the appropriate documentation at customs so the package arrives without issues.

CUSTOMS COSTS Green Maiden S.L. is not responsible for customs costs, local taxes, or tariffs that may be required by the authorities of the destination country or territory (e.g., Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla). It is the customer's responsibility to cover these costs if applicable.

DELIVERY TIME VARIATIONS During periods of high demand such as sales, Christmas, and public holidays, we may take 1–5 additional days to process your order. We recommend making purchases in advance during those dates.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS If you wish to change your delivery address, please notify us immediately after placing your order by writing to info@greenmaiden.art. If notified more than 12 hours after the purchase, we cannot guarantee the change. If the package has already been dispatched to the address provided, we will not be able to modify it; in that case, the customer should contact the transport company directly.
