Shipping and Delivery

IMPORTANT: Orders placed on the website are shipped the next business day (Monday to Friday). If an order is placed on Friday, it will be shipped the following Monday.
Shipping time is calculated from the moment the package is handed over to Correos Express. For mainland Spain, the usual delivery time is 24/72 business hours.
In the Balearic and Canary Islands, the timeframes may be longer due to island transit and customs procedures.

Made-to-order products (canvases and supports): These require special preparation and may take longer to ship. If your order includes these items, it will be shipped when they are ready. (Production time: 1 to 5 business days)

INFORMATION NECESSARY FOR SHIPMENTS TO THE CANARY ISLANDS

To ensure proper customs clearance, orders destined for the Canary Islands may require the recipient's ID card/residence permit or passport. This information is used exclusively to allow the shipping company to provide the necessary documentation to customs and ensure the package arrives without incident.

CUSTOMS COSTS

Green Maiden SL is not responsible for any customs costs, local taxes, or duties that may be levied by the authorities of the destination country or territory (e.g., the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla). It is the customer's responsibility to cover these costs, if any.

VARIATION IN DELIVERY TIMES

During peak periods such as sales, Christmas, and national holidays, it may take us 1–5 additional days to process your order. We recommend placing your orders in advance during these times.

CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS

If you wish to change the shipping address, please notify us immediately after placing your order by writing to info@greenmaiden.art 
If you contact us more than 12 hours after purchase, we will not be able to guarantee an exchange.
If the package has already been shipped to the indicated address, we will not be able to modify it; in that case, the customer must contact the shipping company.
