Shipping & Delivery

This policy applies to physical products (resin, pigments, panels, kits and other supplies). Online courses and digital guides are not shipped: you receive access by email and can buy them from any country.

Where we ship

  • Mainland Spain
  • Balearic Islands
  • Germany, France and Italy

For now we don’t ship from the website to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or other countries. If you live there, write to us at info@greenmaiden.art and we’ll let you know whether we can arrange it. Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla go through customs: import taxes (IGIC or IPSI) and clearance are paid by the recipient, and we’ll tell you before you complete your order.

As these are shipments within the European Union, orders to Germany, France and Italy pay no customs duties or tariffs.

How much it costs

Shipping is free on orders over €180 to all destinations.

Below €180, the price depends on the weight of the order and the destination:

  • Mainland Spain: from €8.95
  • Balearic Islands: from €13.50
  • Germany, France and Italy: from €16.45

You’ll see the exact cost in your cart before paying. All prices include VAT.

When your order leaves

We prepare orders Monday to Friday, on working days. Your order usually leaves the next working day after purchase; if you buy on a Friday or at the weekend, it leaves on Monday.

Made-to-order products (canvases and panels) are prepared especially for you and take an extra 1 to 5 working days to leave. If your order includes any of them, we send everything together once it’s ready.

If a product isn’t available to ship within that time, we’ll write to you with the expected date. If that doesn’t suit you, you can cancel the order and we’ll refund everything you paid.

During sales, Christmas and weeks with public holidays, we may need an extra 1 to 5 working days to prepare orders.

How long delivery takes

Once the parcel leaves our studio, the usual delivery times are:

  • Mainland Spain: 24 to 72 working hours
  • Balearic Islands: about 72 working hours
  • France: 2 to 4 working days
  • Germany and Italy: 3 to 5 working days

These are the carrier’s estimated times. In any case, unless we have agreed otherwise with you, your order will reach you within 30 calendar days of purchase at the latest. If it doesn’t, you can cancel it and we’ll refund everything you paid.

Tracking

When your order leaves, we send you an email with the tracking number. You can also check it under “Track my order”.

When you receive the parcel

If the box arrives open, crushed or wet, or something is missing, let us know as soon as possible (ideally within the first 48 hours) at info@greenmaiden.art with your order number and a few photos. That way we can file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement quickly. This does not limit your warranty rights, which are explained in the returns policy.

The parcel travels under our responsibility until it is received by you or the person you have indicated.

Change of address

If you need to change the delivery address, write to us at info@greenmaiden.art right after placing your order. After more than 12 hours we can’t guarantee the change, and if the parcel has already left you’ll need to arrange it directly with the carrier.
