Shipping & Delivery
IMPORTANT: orders placed on the site are dispatched the next working day (Monday to Friday). An order placed on a Friday is dispatched the following Monday. Delivery time is counted from the moment the parcel is handed to the carrier.
DELIVERY TIMES
- Germany, France and Italy: 3–5 working days.
- Mainland Spain: 24–72 working hours.
- Balearic Islands: times may be longer because of island transit.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping to Germany, France and Italy starts at €13.95, and is free on orders over €180.
CUSTOMS
Germany, France and Italy are inside the European Union, so your order carries no customs duties or import charges.
MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Made-to-order items (canvases and panels) need special preparation and may take longer to leave the studio. If your order includes them, it will be dispatched once they are ready (production time of 1 to 5 working days).
VARIATIONS IN DELIVERY TIMES
During busy periods such as sales, Christmas or public holidays, we may take 1–5 extra days to process your order. We recommend ordering ahead at those times.
CHANGING THE DELIVERY ADDRESS
If you need to change the delivery address, tell us immediately after placing the order by writing to info@greenmaiden.art. If you contact us more than 12 hours after the purchase, we cannot guarantee the change. Once the parcel has been dispatched to the address given, we cannot modify it; in that case you will need to contact the carrier.
